Now that you have learned about provider behavior change, assessed barriers to quality CHW service provision, and determined that SBCC has a role to play in addressing those barriers, you are ready to design an SBCC intervention for CHW behavior change.

This section of the I-Kit will help you design an SBCC intervention to change CHW behavior by addressing the Motivational barriers you identified: Perceived Status and Social Support, Level of Connectedness, Incentives and Personal Rewards, Social and Gender Norms, and Personal Attitudes and Beliefs.
