Based on the communication strategy, prepare creative briefs for materials on specific health issues, and for cross-cutting communication channels.

Share creative briefs with producers or advertising agencies, test creative materials with intended audiences, ensuring that all carry the overarching theme/signature. 

This step should begin even as you develop the introductory materials, so focused messaging can be integrated simultaneously or shortly after the campaign begins.
